This surprises me. It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to out-earn about 90% of women. Too many guys caught chasing their non-lucrative childhood dreams, I guess.

Agreed. Incels take the anti-women sentiment too far but they aren't wrong all the time. They can make some very valid points. I've never heard fo AFC's, what group is that?

Just take out the relationship aspect and tell me.. Why would a company choose a candidate that is "good enough" if they have a candidate in front of them that is more desirable?

A good point about how it's best to treat relationships like an employee/employer situation. With so much financial stake you always have to have your own best interests in mind. If she/he steps out, fire her or him. If you find a better candidate, fire him/her. Its reality.

So then why should any man date a women who isn't in her 20s, not divorced, no children and at the peak of her physical attractiveness? Yet men are trashed if they do that. I agree that both sides do it, but can you not see how hypocritical it is that men are trashed for considering "physical attractiveness" whereas women receive no backlash for considering "economic attractiveness"?
The pathetic double standard is what I'm trying to point out. It's that double standard that needs to be eliminated.

I have a close female friend who is slightly above average in terms of physical appearance and is recently divorced. I give her this advice: There's nothing easier than for a reasonably attractive woman to get a male's attention. Keeping it to entirely to yourself (like women prefer) is an entirely different matter.
If a guy sends you an unsolicited PM on Facebook or Match.com to introduce himself and tell you how hot you are, you're not the only one getting that message. He has probably sent out 100's of others.

What if you simply find a good man who’s equally yoked? That eliminates the idea of “marrying up” because if you both value the same things morally, in your faith, education, and career, then the rest should fall into place. Doesn’t mean you’re marrying rich, but if that’s your only qualification, then you’re probably vapid and only have one thing going for you, anyway.
