Her POS boyfriend told the cops she stole it because he was pissed off that she flooded the car.

A local BR Miata guy offered to fix the car for free and when he started trying to track down the owner it turned out the car had been stolen, I never did see an explanation on how the lady in the video got the car, whether she stole it or someone else did.

I read on here that she stole the car she was in and people were giving her a hard time because she was concerned about her dog.
If the thing about stealing the car isn't true and she has health issues, if she is someone who lives alone, etc I can understand her concern about her dog. Either way, I applaud David Phung.
