I drove for Uber/Lyft in the past. If I saw someone that huge walking up to my car I would have just drove off and cancelled the ride. Not even going to wait for her to get to the door and explain myself.

I would have taken her, but charged her for two people.
I would have also had her sign a contract stating that she's responsible for any damages done to the vehicle because of her grotesque physical condition.
