This is true

Just like warning labels on Bleach about not drinking it which I would be OK with people like this actually doing.

uck her. If she doesn't like her boss then quit.

She certainly could. Or she could find a better way to show her bitchy boss who's boss

Is she supposed to look professional in that picture? Because she doesn't.

Based on what we have (probably extremely one sided), I don't understand how you can agree w the boss.

Problem is everybody has to disagree. I wouldn't have complained about the outfit and I would've just taken of the fricking bandanna.

You're right the headwrap is a little unprofessional looking at it again, but would you have complained or changed a dress code?

the boss probably sucks

but so does she

she isn't showing anybody anything other than to never hire her after she inevitably gets fired or quits this job

showing the boss would be getting a new job making more money

I don't understand this. The boss is still the boss here.

Is this whole article going off her Facebook posts alone? Are there any interviews with her co-workers?

almost every job has some sort of rules, the better the job, the more likely the rules will be more stringent

Yep. And an article written by a fat SJW on some website called "Mashable." But the people are buying June's story of being called out by her ponytail

not in my case

I left a big corporate firm where I hated my boss and lots of corporate rules to go to a smaller firm making 40% more and a much more relaxed atmosphere

Wearing a ponytail in a business setting is unprofessional.

Im siding with common sense, I am not siding with the boss. I havent heard the boss say anything to side with

We have woman say she is reprimanded for her "ponytail."
We have woman dress up in weird arse costumes and post all over facebook as a douchebag
We have woman file case with U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission

Common sense is telling me she sucks at life and is lying. She is a companies nightmare

always exceptions, rocket scientists at NASA for the most part look like fans at a Grateful Dead concert, but they have a unique skill set, I am basically unsupervised at work, with quite a bit of latitude to do pretty much whatever I want, but there are still rules, just have to know what's worth falling on your saber over

haha i mean you're obviously against her and siding with the boss man, but whatever siding w common sense.

I agree 100% with her being a douche for not just following the rules and for this becoming a story. But if what she is saying is true, I think the boss is ridiculous too.

I'm very curious to see if we get anything from the other side.

She's clearly making her boss look better. Rule #1: don't create empathy for your opponent.
