While funny, she won't be employed long.

If the boss's initial grievance was that she simply was wearing a ponytail, he deserves the shitshow he created.

That said, I can't imagine a boss being annoyed over a ponytail of all things so I'd assume there's more to the story.

Everyone is a douche in this story. The boss, the chick, it's so dumb. Glad I don't work wherever this is.

Looks like she's wearing the required 15 pieces of flair.

I'm very curious to see if we get anything from the other side.

I just want to hear another employee's perspective on this.

If the boss' dress code changes were continuously that outrageous and baseless, surely other women in the office would have also spoken out/filed suit. The fact that she is making it all about her leads to believe that she was in the wrong to begin with and has simply been looking for a fight / desired to be viewed as a victim / wants to go viral. What a shocker that would be.

How in the blue hell can you come to the conclusion the boss is a douche? 100% June proved she is a douche with her hilarious costumes. We know nothing about the boss, besides what June says, which is prolly bullshite

But wait. People here say that is a no-no. You have to follow the boss' rules. No complaints, no questions asked.

I'd be willing to argue that a well done ponytail is possible more professional than other hairstyles and plenty of professional women sport a ponytail without issue.

I'd be really surprised if this was just about a ponytail.

There are some things worth fighting for, and there are some things not. Being an offended shite stirrer your whole life gets you nowhere.

However, this is irrelevant in this case. It is simply a lying shitty employee being a lying shitty employee
