If I was a cop or EMS, i think I would have to pass going in there to help a shooting victim. Not worth dying over. Let them eat their own.

This protest in only a couple hundred people at most. The picture showing the people around the cruiser is literally the whole protest.

They typically do. If the scene is too dangerous, they're not going in.

Poor Mexican bastard at the top of the photo just wants to do his job. Dude left his corrupt and violent homeland, hopped the border, dodged ICE, and risked life and limb to come to this country for a manual labor job.
