Not sure that’s gonna hold up. He wouldn’t have had a chance to return had she just drove off. It’s similar to retreating to your home after a confrontation, closing the door and then coming back out and shooting someone. Once you establish yourself safe from conflict and return to it unprovoked you are now the aggressor
I can see this going down to who has the best lawyer. It’s close but I still think the driver could have avoided the situation easily and as the other poster said, baited the guy to come back so she could shoot him.

Sure. But she baited the dumbass. She stopped hoping he would come back so she could shoot him. And she did. Definitely intent there.

We, rightly, point out the issue of a lack of dad's in the black community but, when one does act like a dad, this is your response?

Father standing up for his daughter by confronting a drug dealer seemed pretty cool. Father slapping a women in front of his daughter tells her it’s okay for a man to be physically violent with women. Moral of the story is weed is bad, but being physically violent with women is acceptable.

There really should be proscriptions on Drug Dealers and perhaps other criminals in the fashion of Sulla.
