Seems adequately descriptive.
I was with a guy at lunch and he was being a jerk to the waitress. I saw her notes after lunch and she wrote on the ticket ‘jerky older white guy’. It was suitable imo.

Yet you devil advocate lawyers try to weasel every last detail, so here, I will break it down for you, someone who has clearly never worked in the service industry.
No prices on a kitchen ticket that inadvertently found its way to the customer.
For here is a default setting.
iPad? What? Are you that backwards that you have never been to a retail establishment that takes payment via tablets?
Customized receipt? Yes, again, it's an in-house ticket for back of house orders given to front of house workers to locate customer to deliver their order.
Go take your ignorance elsewhere.
