Dealing with people like that is why I couldn't be a cop. That screeching bullshite would goad me into tazing her into compliance.

Goes beyond that. This is what happens when you raise a kid with an IPad. She is going ballistic and then goes back to her phone. She has no social skills whatsoever, no understanding of procedures for a minor wreck, can't regulate emotions, and in this case can't function. A fender bender is not ideal but it happens. She turned something fairly routine into an absolute crisis.
