Hope they find him and gets a lawsuit against him. I’m so glad I didn’t go this year. It was super hot and Papa Roach cancelled their set. Bet they guy was on acid or shrooms.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A freak accident during the Louder Than Life music festival in Louisville, Kentucky left a woman paralyzed.
Jamie Ulshoffer had to be hospitalized after a man fell from out of a tree and onto her during the music festival at the Kentucky Fair & Exposition Center.
The accident took place during the concert for Knocked Loose — a metalcore band from Oldham County — who was performing at the Impact stage on Friday.
The set for Knocked Loose didn't get started until 11:05 p.m. due to weather delays that occurred earlier in the day.
While watching the concert, Ulshoffer's husband, Conor, says a man who was in a tree right next to them fell on top of her. Ulshoffer herself doesn't remember anything from the incident.
There is a bit of morbid irony all over this story in the band playing, Knocked Loose, and the stage it was playing on, the Impact Stage......

You think a lawsuit against a guy will accomplish much? Go after the promoter, venue, Livenation, and the band! More money there! Gross negligence and lack of adequate security allowed for person to get in tree and put others at risk

I heard a of an act of god story similar to this. Guy was at a motorcycle race. Him and his son were sitting in the grass near or under a tree. Dead branch decides to break and either rolls downhill or just hits them directly. Guy is in a wheel chair the rest of his life.

Greg Abbott was jogging in Houston when a tree fell on him.
Back in 1986, a buddy of mine never returned home to Meridian from hunting. He was found two days later.
While driving through really bad storm on I-20, the top of a tree broke loose and went through his windshield. His truck veered off the interstate and into some thick bushes, which is why he wasn't found right away.
Amazingly, his dog survived without a scratch.
