Yes. Case is before 5th circuit on an evidentiary issue. His judge died recently and his case was realloted to the worst possible judge for him.

Does the release of names indicate all charged as adults? I feel like the news normally holds off on that otherwise.
Interesting twist at the end about the 2020 case where one of the defendants was related to the victim who requested the case be dropped - not simply Williams refusing the charges on his own accord. Have a feeling we will hear more on that and curious if they had a case remaining once that person was against prosecution

the families of these oxygen thieves should be called in front of a tribunal to answer for their failures and should then be exiled from the city
and I don’t want to hear any bullshite about programs or schools or anything else. Either you are raised to respect human life or you aren’t.
what is it going to take to be able to live/work/play without risk of death or dismemberment in New Orleans? Will it take martial law?

Dude on the scene said he called 911 after no answer for 4 minutes he called back to another 2 minutes to answer. Then 12 minutes for an ambulance.
