Then he’s a stupid frick for standing in front of vehicles. He’s also a stupid frick for murdering someone.
Unless she was going at him at 40 mph or had a weapon, there was no reason for her to die. Point blank.

ICE's jurisdiction is ONLY on matters related to immigration.
-They do NOT have normal police powers or authorities.
-To stop a vehicle they MUST have reasonable cause to believe it contains an undocumented immigrant.
-To draw their weapon on someone they MUST have reasonable cause that their lives are in *DIRECT* danger.
-They CANNOT detain you with out reasonable cause to believe you are undocumented
Peace out and argue with a wall
-They do NOT have normal police powers or authorities.
-To stop a vehicle they MUST have reasonable cause to believe it contains an undocumented immigrant.
-To draw their weapon on someone they MUST have reasonable cause that their lives are in *DIRECT* danger.

The only salient factor is whether a reasonable officer would believe his life might be in danger and the court specifically ruled that anything that happened before the guy started pulling away in the car was irrelevant.
She actually hit the officer with the car as she was pulling away.
So, not murder. And that's not my opinion. It's a legal fact.
