attempted murder. And she paid the price

she attempted to flee and in that flight possibly or nearly struck an officer. At the very least that's attempted manslaughter and the officer was well within his rights to fire on her in that moment as the vehicle was coming towards him.
Absolutely insane take after watching that video. fricking deranged
So just murder anyone getting in the way?

Minnesota is a “duty to retreat” state with no “stand your ground” law. Castle doctrine obviously doesn’t apply.
LEOs should be held to the same standard - could have easily gotten out or the way

It was a good shooting imho.
However I believe, based on the way she first went in reverse and then later sharply turned right away from the officer indicates she was trying to avoid the officer.
So, that gives it a tragic element

It looks like there is only one bullet hole in the windshield and the position and presumed trajectory of it doesn’t do any favors to the optics of this situation

What's the State Law for trying to run someone over cause "frick'em"?

Just because you keep posting doesn’t make you right. You’re better off protesting yourself than repeating that non sense around here.
I’m not happy she was shot or died, but play shitty games and win shitty prizes. She sped away because she wanted to riot without consequences and she knew she was breaking the law when told to stop, and therefore would be arrested.
Don’t break the law. Follow orders, and you’ll live another day. It’s fairly simple.

It kinda seems like he did get out of the way and then kept shooting

She hit a Federal officer with her car while trying to flee. This was justified.

Clearly trying to flee. But keep believing that.

lol wut? So if there’s a dangerous situation you are suggesting LEO’s retreat as their duty?

I get wanting to clean up the border but this isn’t the way. Should have recruited and trained these guys better.
This has been a concern of mine since the mass hiring and quick training began.
One thing people don't want to address is that you had a supposedly trained LEO standing in front of a vehicle that was being driven by a clearly hostile person. That's basic level training......don't walk or stand immediately in front of or behind a vehicle, or between the bumpers of two vehicles.
We're sending hundreds, maybe more, newly trained officers into the field in often highly volatile situations. They're doing a job that needs to be done, but this likely won't be the last time we see shite go sideways.

Isn’t the agent on the front trying not to get drug under the car? He’s hanging on as she drives away.
NVM.
NVM.

Illegals should have self deported. Or maybe not sneak into another fricking country.

Dems have to believe that ICE Agents are all demons and pure evil
MAGA has to believe ICE are all infallibly good perfect angels
The reality is they are capable of fricking up.
Because they are human.
One bad ICE shoot nationwide in a year of escalating confrontational behaviors by activists is still bad. . .but not especially so.
Minnesota has other reasons to make this into a bigger deal, to distract from the fraud they rely on for campaign funding.

Look at the front. Looks like an agent was almost completely run over but he hung onto the grill. Hard to see because his clothes and the car are close in color.
ETA: NVM. No one was being drug.
