Lots of folks on social media (weakly) defending her saying she isn't (or wasn't) like that usually and must be in an acute mental health crisis. I had the unpleasant task of representing clients on the opposite side of her in a property line dispute about ten years ago. Let's just say whatever issues she has are chronic, not a sudden and isolated occurrence. Back then her MO was to label anyone with whom she disagreed as a "fascist" among other things and to hurl threats including harm. Although she was represented by counsel (whom I respect and who tried to rein her in) she sent numerous vile and threatening emails under her "Leilalizard" account to me personally. Can't say I was completely surprised when I opened the first news article and saw it was her.
