I'm not hating on you for paying for that convenience, but I like doing things on the cheap.

maybe not exactly against the law but most condos wont let you...I wold assume the more low budget places dont mind.

Most of the nicer places wont allow it.

I mentioned this in another thread about this subject.

Beach Chairs/Palapas are serious business

People will wait 3-4 hours in line to be able to pay and tag their chair for later. Some getting inline at 3-4AM, for Christs sake.

I was enjoying an ice cold Balashi(very minute humble brag), when 2 Broads were ready to throw down, and then it got even more serious, when Husbands arrived.

Don't frick with peoples beach chairs and Palapas.

This happens all the time with these type situations I have found. A company employee trying to intimidate someone into doing something will just say "It's the law!" or "That's against the law." and expect you to immediately cower down. I always respond by saying Great and pulling out my phone before asking them for the Statute or Ordinance number. If it comes up, off I go. If they can't tell me, then I will wait for a LEO to arrive and cite it for me.

I always perceived the beach chair guys to be ultimate low life. Lazy and on the make.

My friend was at PCB the other weekend and lost his Brietling willed to him after his best friend passed. Lost it in the sand. He asked the beach chair guy if he'd picked up a watch. "yeah what kind are you looking for what brand". When my friend said Breitling the guy hung his head. He knew what he had but he gave my friend back his watch.

Pretty classy for a lowlife

all the ones I've encountered are Alabama or Auburn students down there for summer work. We've had some of the nicest gumps working the beach chairs. Male and females, both are nice and considerate.
