Littering pisses me off, too.

Littering should be punishable by forced community service picking up trash for 4 weekends in a row. And severely enforced.

Is mommy coming to pick up after them or are they just that much garbage that they actually don’t really know any better or care?
I saw the same thing today and heard somebody yelling but thought they threw a cup at a truck and where the ones yelling.

Saw a guy driving on Siegen do something similar. He was stopped at the light by the interstate and he opens his door and tosses out a glass bottle wrapped in a brown bag. fricking litter bugs man

This is a youtube vid of a motorcyclist helping an equestrian chase down her horse somewhere in Europe. I saw it the other day and one of the first things I noticed is there is not one scrap of litter on the streets.
Whoever said it is learned behavior is right and I thing we made need to start indoctrinating the kids starting in kindergarten. Keep America Beautiful.

Mississipi is about as bad as Louisiana. Trashy states smh. One of the spots I hunt there is less than a mile from the county dump. Somebody dumped a bunch of house trash at our gate instead of driving the extra mile. We found their name on some mail and reported it to the police. We were told that unless they were caught in the act they couldnt do anything

But before I step in and make a potential fool of myself. What does the OT consider littering?
Styrofoam cups...no doubt.
Aluminum Cans. Yep.
But what about stuff that breaks down. As it's been posted...a banana peel, onions off a hamburger. And then there's the line at paper products. Although they'll break down..they are an eyesore. And of course...the cigarette butt (field stripped or not).
But before I step in and make a potential fool of myself. What does the OT consider littering?

IMO, no. It's biodegradable, bugs like it, and it's one less thing for the landfill.
Everything else is not called for. I see so much trash up and down roads I want to cry like the Indian did years ago.

Banana peels and onions need to go in a compost bin or trash can. NONE of this needs to be thrown outside on the ground to ugly up the place IMO. Athything other than ice or water/tea/etc from your cup belongs on our roadways.
It would be one thing if littering only affected those littering like keeping a messy house only affects those living in it, but it doesnt. We all have to live in their shite when litter is thrown all over the place. It affects every single one of us in the environment in which we live in every day, and as visitors pass through this state, that sight of litter all over the place is not lost on them. People who come from places that don’t throw shite all over the place like we do get it more than anybody else. It just makes it a very undesirable area. That’s all litter ever does. It certainly doesnt add to our lives

I have picked bags up and stuck it in their antennae or under the windshield wiper if I catch then at a light.
