Street performance tells me it was before 8pm. Idk about the day shift. But most of us at night, male female, didn't matter. They would have been licking Bourbon while being cuffed.

Scrolling last night. Saw 2 random lives. One NOLA. Dude walking the FQ. He’s in the gay section walking out down Bourbon. There is a smattering of people. No bouncers or door guys at the bars.
Then Nashville. Guy can’t even walk around. Street is so packed. Drinks, music, happy faces, pretty faces. What NOLA was for me in the 1990’s.
