I remember laying in my hooch in Iraq at 2am watching his introduction press conference..... Great times!!
I try to type "if" but always hit the o so it says "of". It's spelt right so not autocorrect or underlined.... Also hitting space but accidentally hit the n or . .
I like Toroe's Range glasses. Also have a pair of fossil's aviator knock offs lol
No thanks, there are enough street musicians and bucket beaters in NOLA.
Just started resting early for next year.

If you need a dog to release its bite..... Choke it until it lets go.

That's what we are taught in K9TCCC at least.

RIP

I grew up watching the braves on TBS. Loved Cox and Leo in the dugout.

I ran a call similar to this this past weekend. Cap broke on a silo and entrapped a worker underneath.

Silo rescues are some of the hardest rescues to work bc the grain doesn't stop pouring and everything sinks in it. There is special equipment that you can isolate the person, but apparently not many companies or farms have this.

From a rescue perspective, it is not something that can be practiced, and it is not easy to get the person out. Traumatic asphyxiation occurs quick in these pts. It's sucks to deal with.

We were on scene for two hours and he was only unburied enough for us to get an EKG to pronounce him.... Maybe to just under his chest. Idk how long the recovery took ...

Sorry for your loss.

Sienna

My wife drives a 21 LE and as much as I hate to admit it, it's a good vehicle. Great gas milage bc it's a hybrid. For a minivan it's not the worse vehicle to drive. I thought I'd hate it a lot more than I do.

She wanted a minivan bc of the side doors, with three kids it's easy. So whatever makes her happy I guess.

second f15 driver

I understand when people call EMTs ambulance drivers ....

But calling a Weapons Systems Officer an "F15 driver" is crazy.
I think everyone was thinking this. But I'd have to imagine that exact scenario isn't practiced much of at all. In that moment, training kicks in. They dropped strike 3 and training/instinct says "dropped strike 3, throw runner out at first." Not an excuse, but I can see that being a reason over what we at home see as simple baseball IQ.

When it happened I asked my brother the same thing lol
Hey. Can you take my picture down please. It ruins my street cred with the OT10s.

How’s everyone else’s arms doing?

About 14.5-15 inches depending on the day and hydration level....got two solid cephalic veins that like to pop up on good hydration days as well.

Triceps have a nice indention that the ladies love ....pro tip arm days are for noobs. Add a few set of arms after each workout to work the. Multiple times a week AND always leave the gym with a solid arm pump.

There were troops wounded in the extraction no? They probably aren't having a great time either.

They’re soldiers you moron, they signed up for what they did. Some of you amaze me!

This. In Iraq, I knew what was at stake...I volunteered to go there.
For the high speed boys, yeah...sure.

For us everyday POG types....life is the same no matter who is in charge.

Not hating the changes under Hegseth, but the day to day doesnt change too much regardless of who is in charge.

If shite pops off and I am in the shite...I'd rather thave Hegseth and Trump over Biden and whatever nonbinary he had leading us.
