Will they auction off Cantore’s dumpster?

Next segment a dumpster is in picture as if it were blown over and down the street.
Winds have picked up drastically but haven’t been able to budge the dumpster any further. Maybe it’s stuck on something

I'm convinced they flipped it over. No way that dumpster flipped on that side and not the long side and continues to stay in one spot.

Someone put it on its side to keep it from rolling. Not that heavy empty. Just don’t see the wind doing that.
