So Smith throws his wife to the ground, steals Hayes' gun, shot her, then shot himself in the side, dropped the gun, Hayes picks it up shoots him 6+ times to save RS, right?

Is there any documentation to support any of this "Story"? If he was hit in the face by Will Smith 3 or 4 times, there would be evidence (pictures of facial lacerations, bruising, etc...)

Guy is lying through his teeth to save his own skin probably at this point. Doesn't matter if he's lying because perjury won't make a difference compared the M2 sentence.
