True, but unless someone else corroborates the "Will said I got a gun too" story, I vote to convict. Too convenient, not supported by evidence, even the testimony of his friend.

I don't do defense, but I think yes. As I said before, I think he had to get on the stand from the start. I think that was Fuller's plan for months.


Despite what some think, the actual facts (not the unproven speculation or hypotheses) are pretty strong for the state. It's very difficult from those facts for one to infer that he was in fear, he's going to have to explain it.
