I thought UH was a good school. You don't understand how visitors equal $$$ and $$$ means better developments and equity for property owners in the city LOL
I dont care. I dont think you understand.
I just want simplicity. I dont need your tourism money. Im good. I just want to chill with civilized people until I pass away.
Until then, I dont really care about tourists or trying to impress anyone to come to where I live lol. Please dont actually. Stay away, go visit Atlanta.
I just want to stack cash and enjoy my people.

Because the port is still a shell of its former self and will never get back to its former glory. It’s infuriating how much business we’ve lost over the decades

Are you retarded or having a seizure?

NOLA
High crime
Bad schools
Constant destructive weather events
Hot as hell most months
Primary industry is tourism
It's shocking the population isn't declining faster. Just wait now that FEMA isn't here to step in anymore

And one of the fastest growing White populations in the last 2 decades. From 27% to 32%.
This is hard to fathom. Did they only take readings in Chalmette?

I don’t really understand how New Orleans can grow…
It is not like there is a ton of undeveloped, useable land. We don’t have/want many large apartment complexes other than the CBD condos.
If you look at areas like central city, you see can see that much of the multi family housing has been torn down and replaced with luxury single family homes used for Airbnbs.

Pray for a Cat 5 hurricane to wipe out the riff raff. Problem solved.

Ironically Chalmette is more black than it used to be…
