I have never seen my Dad without a mustache.
I don't know how I would react if he ever shaved it. He has had it for almost 50 years now.

I sport one much like Sam Eliot, but just a bit shorter and ironically, it's the same color. It grows so fast I have to trim it at least once a week or I'm eating it with every bite of food.
I've had a mustache since I was about 20 and have only shaved it off 2 times, and just long enough for it to grow back, in the ensuing 46 years.

My wife has never seen me without facial hair. She said if I ever shave it, I'm gone. She is a very shallow person.
