Will college buildings and work offices become the new abandoned malls?

This is showing that we don’t need as many brick and mortars as we have grown accustom to. There will always be a place for in person school but I can see a large portion continuing with online school post Covid.

I think so...I think companies have seen that they can operate just fine without offices. They’ll just rent a conference room or meeting room on the days that they need to meet and that’s it. This will certainly spell the end of assigned offices.

The company I work for owns over 400 buildings people work from. They are actively evaluating how many they can offload due to how well working from home is going.
