The correct way to handle it is,
Tell her you came across it unpacking and you threw it away. Make sure you tell her you threw it away since you had to throw away ur stuff from exes.
If she throws a fit, you come back and throw the albulm at her. And see how she reacts with her hypocrisy….

This is a bad deal for you. Honestly, I would make her admit her hypocrisy then make her throw them out. If she refuses, escalate things and take it in your hands. I’ve been married for 15 years, so sex really isn’t that much of a factor. Good luck. Can’t have an untrustworthy spouse.
