Is it a binder of just relationship specific stuff or is it general high school stuff that just happens to include their pics? Did she ever make you throw away similar items like pics and letters?

There’s a pic here and there of her other friends but it’s mostly pics of her and her main high school boyfriend. Trips to visit each other (they were long distance), prom, etc.

Maybe because you’re not in college anymore? My wife was engaged before me, and had an ex that furnished half of her house after he cheated on her. We made it a joke- every time we made the headboard shake, or watched the big nice TV he bought her, we said ‘thanks Craig’. For Mother’s Day, we gave my mom a ring he bought for her years ago- amethyst and diamonds. She was never going to wear it again, and Mom liked it. It was worth nothing on the secondary market, but it was an $800 ring, so we laughed about where it came from and Mom had a happy Mother’s Day. Quit being an insecure dick....unless they’re still ‘friends’
ETA: Does she even know she still has it? Maybe she forgot all about it. I’d bring it up, but not in an angry way.
