Why? Apparently they don’t do shite about anything. Given the state of BRPD morale and

Those fricking cops should be ashamed of themselves basically turning things around on the woman who was assaulted, making her feel as though she was a suspect. Unbelievable, but not surprising BRPD would have done this.
So the suspect now has been identified as a black man. Got to find blue haired girl and ratchet up the heat, if she’s not dead already from an overdose. She obviously knows who this black guy is.
