Wife destroyed the mailbox

About a month ago I noticed our mailbox was all messed up and barely hanging on to the post. Figured some teen hit the mailbox in a drunken stupor. I got over it and repaired it promptly.
Just now I pull up to the mailbox after being gone all morning to check the mail. I got too close to it and almost hit it with the side mirror. I laughed and made a joke about almost hitting it and the wife just says, “I can’t laugh, I’ve done worse”. I looked at her and, in a picking on her kind of way, said “why, how many times have you hit it?”. And then the confession.
She confessed that she was the one who hit it recently and could barely talk because she was laughing so hard as if this is some kind of fricking joke. Here’s the kicker, though — she said when she hit it she got scared, stopped, and stared at it for a minute. She noticed the mailbox was broken but thought that if she continued on straight that it would somehow FIX the problem.
WTF?
She continued straight and destroyed the mailbox and just left it like that for me to discover on my own. So I go check out the side mirror on her car and notice that there are scratches all over it.
Bitches really are crazy, baws.

My wife has backed into the garage, side of the house and a buddy of mines work vehicle in the past 5 years.

A friend’s wife did something very similar with his truck. Running board got hung up a little bit at the bank drive thru. She figured the best thing to do was to just power through it.
