If it’s man made or not is irrelevant. We should be doing something to lessen the impact.
Of course climate change is a real thing. Its been happening for millions of years.
So if its irrelevant that climate change is man made, how do you lessen its impact? If this has been going on for millions of years how is man going to change the climate?
I havent read the article, Im just asking a question that I assume the article doesnt talk about.

We can only lessen our impact. We cannot control other factors obviously.
Just go outside and look at all of the concrete and other heat absorbing components of buildings, etc. we continue to place. It’s a good place to start agreeing too

For what purpose? So people that disagree can say Ha gotcha? Really what purpose does that serve? Recycling Getting away from fossil fuels planting more trees Reducing pollution Are all good things regardless of whether we are affecting the environment
While those might be good things in a perfect world, they cost money. And if the rest of the world isn't going to abide by the same rules as it relates to the environment, then why the hell am I paying for it? How naive can we be to think that saving our little patch of grass and air on this earth saves the planet when other countries continue to shite on it?

Well there was that worldwide agreement that addresses the environment that Trump decided to pull out of just to satisfy his political base.

So everyone was following the rules? What were the consequences for not following the rules? Why do some have to follow them now and others can implement them in 20-30 yrs?

yeah, why do anything when u can point a finger at someone else and say but "look what they are doing"
do you also not mow your yard if ur neighbor lets his grass grow the entire summer?

Climate change is simply a money grab.

Hell yes I'll point the finger if I'm paying for someone else's crap and it doesn't make any difference in the grand scheme of things.

Because people that know or dont think it’s real don’t give a shite and have nothing to prove.

I'll take global warming over an ice age anytime.

Sounds to me like you are more interested in funding a political view than actual science. Unfortunately, that is the very thinking that got us where we are today on that issue.

Tigerdroppings says it’s not though. Just because you work in a plant does not mean you’re a scientist

That's not how science works, baw.

Why do you claim there isn't funding? Seems to me you are pulling this out of thin air.

Anthropogenic climate change is an entirely different matter.

Because there's no proof?
Because common sense doesn't cost anything.

I really miss the good old days when arguing about the environment focused on air/water quality, reducing pollution/waste, and increasing efficiency.
The whole climate change argument gets us nowhere.

You’re wondering why more studies don’t start with a conclusion then manipulate the data to “prove” said conclusion?
