Why is he fat?
Shouldn't he have looked like Pedro from The Real World a long time ago?
I'm not making any accusations, but something is not adding up.
All opinions welcome.

South Park solved this mystery years ago.
ETA; shite, just a bit to slow.

Most people that have not yet died are still alive.

Just want to clarify that I'm not a medical doctor in case anyone was confused.

His survival is based on the scientific principle that you can do whatever you want if you're rich.

A small number of people can live normal lives with HIV and never get AIDS.
Magic was diagnosed in 91? Likely hadn't had HIV a long time prior to diagnosis. He got on HAART treatment early. It's kept it in check. Drugs improved in late 90s to 2000s. The timeline as far as disease progression isn't out of normal range.
Nowadays HIV very manageable.
HIV is more manageable than type 1 diabetes from a statistical standpoint.
Magic is by no means an outlier nowadays.

Steve Jobs died from aids and was filthy rich. I guess it's how early you catch it like anything else.

He gave up the gay lifestyle and had money for treatment.

HIV is basically cured at this point, as long as you have the cash. Magic got that early.

Sounds like mother nature is due for a mutation.

Steve Jobs died from pancreatic cancer.

Early HIV treatments were as much a death sentence as untreated HIV.
Magic, was lucky to get diagnosed when he did.

I’m glad magic is still alive and thriving. He raised a great young man

Pancreatic cancer is a mother fricker. Killed Patrick Swayze as well and did it in short order.

You're a tard about HIV for starting this thread.
HIV hasn't been a "death sentence" for over 20 years now.
My cousin contracted The Aids around 1995, shortly after he graduated from LSU.
He's been a flight attendant since 1999 and could stand to lose a few lbs.
