I'm not a fan...It's one of those "not worth the payoff" foods for me.

I have a black supervisor that is one of the type that always makes race an issue. Didn't know he walked in the other day and could smell some cologne. I blurted out " Damn someone's cologne smells like watermelon" I got called in his office about it and asked if I was making some kinda joke

I love watermelon, I love fried chicken, etc. There are several things that black people are stereotyped for that I am all in on. I don't get it either.

- Watermelon patches are in abundance all over the South, just like black people.
- Watermelon is also very cheap, and black people are typically poor, especially in the South.
- Black people eat a lot of watermelon.
