Prior to being married, you got it in ad nauseam.
Then you find someone special and decide together it was time to settle down and start a family. Even if that family is the two of you. That means that there is no more interest in having anyone else to share your physical and emotional life with that that special person you are giving yourself to.
Then you marry. You make promises. You are now family - a team, and "forsaking all others" as long as you both shall live.
There's no room for anyone else when you really love another person, and you respect one another.
Everything about the courtship and marriage is a culmination of trust. Extra marital affairs reek of distrust, deception, and lies. These behaviors have nothing to do with the reason you chose to get married.

We know a woman whose husband was having an affair. She found out when she ended up with genital warts. She didn't do anything wrong or do anything to deserve it. They got divorced but now and for the rest of her life she has to tell her partner or potential husband that she has them because they can get them from her at certain times depending on condition.
She has to live with that embarrassment for the rest of her life. She didn't do anything wrong and is a very very nice person. Genital warts sounds slutty but she is as far from slutty as you can get.

Why the frick would you even get married if you were going to cheat on them? Just don’t get married. Putting your spouse through that is just selfish as hell. What is it with people now not giving a frick about anyone other than themselves?
