Because Muslim values no longer have any place in the modern world. If a Mongolian Hoard numbering in the tens of millions suddenly time traveled here, then we would say that their values have no place here either. We are dealing with a group of people who wish to send the world straight to hell and back to the stone age. We should discriminate against even the moderates among them, because moderate Muslims condone violence when it's against their own religion. No other major religion does this anymore. They are trying to use our own system against us to destroy us.

Granted, they really have no hold on the US, but look at Europe. 40% of British Muslims believe that the entire country should be under Sharia Law, including on non-believers. 90% of Egyptians, one of the more progressive Muslim countries, support the death penalty for leaving Islam. Every day, people in Saudi Arabia are killed for being raped, being homosexuals, or leaving the religion. The average Muslim thinks you should be killed for drawing a cartoon.

We condemn ISIS for these things, of course, but not the countries that do this on a daily basis. So-called moderate or liberal Muslims hardly come out against these attrocious acts, and certainly not a largely measurable group. There is no Muslim equivalent to say the Episcopalians or the Lutherans. If 90% of Brazilians thought you should be executed for leaving Catholicism and then go through with it, we would condemn them and not tolerate this. This is the absolute hypocrisy of low expectations.

These views can not be tolerated in modern society, and a war with Islam as a whole is inevitable. We responsible people continue to have 0-3 kids, while they out multiply us 3 to 1. The world is changing, and will be brought to an era of togetherness and basic eternal peace through trade and scientific innovation; but the Islamic world not only wants nothing to do with this, but want to bring this society and mindset down.

We are at war with them, and the sooner we acknowledge this, the better off we will be, particularly Europe. Europe is a powder keg waiting to explode, and when war does come, it will be a mindless war fought in their own streets. I don't think we'll see an actual war for another 20 or so years while the Muslims continue to spread, but once they actually get their hands on a nuclear warhead (I'm almost certain a group or two has one) and are able to destroy NYC or London, then all hell will break loose.

The sooner we realize this, the better, but in an era of political correctness, all views are held equal.... Unless of course you're a Republican, then of course you're just a bigot.
