Better than the Ultra or Ultra Super Soft?

Yeah the Ultra is ok, I just prefer poly/nylon blend. I have a few pairs of Ultras that I still wear- that’s how I know it’s time to do laundry

I feel like they all switched the waste and material and it’s way less comfortable than it used to be.

l have lifetime discount with jockey, sort of makes my decision for me. The cotton boxer briefs are good, but not for activity.

The active midway briefs aren't bad, took a while to get use to but keeps it together and good for exercise.

Original cotton classic boxers are great once they are washed a few times.

This "constant innovation" pisses me off about a lot of brands. Buy one or two, test 'em, and buy 12. Whatever you bought in 2018 will likely not be what you bought in 2021.

Underarmour can be like that.

I think a few years back they changed their blend or tried something new. I hated those. They were very cheaply made and ripped easily. I think they switched back to their original formula.

Also, I don’t know how many dudes make use of the Y fronts. I know some brands have gone away with them or changed them to an easy horizontal slit.

There is one underwear brand that was just the leggings and wide open front that was covered by a cloth that looked like a kilt.

I've worn American Eagle boxers since I was in grade school. I'm 30 now. Gotta let the boys hang.

Some of the older and more portly members of this board need the support and comfort of a tighter undergarment. We can’t let the boys hang down because they will be at our knees and pinch often. Some of us are at the age where we don’t mind if we are shooting blanks or swimmers that have no shot making it to the egg.

I’ve used Fruit of the Loom boxer briefs for years and years and I like them just fine. They fit pretty well for me.

I get cheap Kirkland boxer briefs from COSTCO, they are perfect. Fit and comfort.

I love these and they last for years. I also love Calvin Klein boxer briefs I purchased at Costco.

Not sure if mentioned yet but Mack Weldon are excellent quality and super comfortable. Don't ride up as much as some others I've tried and they last for years. Highly recommend!

Get trunks. Better than boxer briefs and don't really ride up (nothing to ride up)

Bit the bullet on expensive underwear this year. So far I've been very pleased with Mack Weldon Boxer Briefs and Tasc Undershirts.

Hanes went to absolute crap. It felt like wearing disposable underwear.

116 posts and not one right answer yet. I pity you all.

One guy got close with his wool suggestion.

Smartwool. End of story.
