I’m actually curious why is an American company is heavily advertising merchandise from another country’s national team

Because a bunch of Mexicans will buy it

Commenting on how this doesn't bother me doesn't equal "triggering". But my lack of anger seems to bother you and the OP.

Both. I don't care who they are trying to market to. Are we starting a boycott over this?

Not sure.
Regardless, I doubt they’d be nearly as successful as the Chick-fil-a, Nèstle, Goya, and MyPillow boycotts of the past. What’s the point. #DefundAcademy

I think most boycott over pointless shite are stupid so this isn't the burn you thought it was. But congratulations on letting something like this bother you. You're earning 2x MAGA points today

There are approximately 32 to 34 million legal Mexican Americans living in the United States. Unlike you, Academy knows how to sell products. They would be stupid (like you) to not target that demographic. Also, they have a ton of USA team products as well. Know why? They’re in the World Cup as well. I would imagine Academy wouldn’t hire you. You seem naive….and stupid.

no fricking shite, I never said anything to the contrary - San Antonio, and Texas in general, has tons of people with Mexican heritage who are going to root for Mexico. There are many more Mexican American people who watch soccer than other ethnicities of Americans.

I didn’t think it was rocket science.

Because they don't do research and just take shots in the dark on who they should target..

So I should be outraged as a White American? Still trying to find out what I should be angry about

You can be angry about anything for any reason, or no reason at all. And you can voice your opinion on it even if it doesn’t make sense to you or anyone else. That’s the beauty of being an American.

Your questions only show that you’re too fricking stupid to understand.

They're going to actually purchase what they need, unlike some of the natives.

When I first saw it, I figured they’d get complaints because of how stereotypical it was. I didn’t even realize it was an Academy commercial. Im baffled by how this boosts sales.
