I think the checks on the Supreme Courts power are pretty weak.
I think the Connecticut Compromise
Made sense in 1787 when they were trying to get 13 colonies to become a more cohesive country but I don’t Think a division between state and federal power as far as inconsistent y in laws and rights makes sense
A lot of good great things have come from it, but it’s not perfect as people like to hold it up to be.

I am on topic. We won’t have to worry about abortion one way or another because China is working to kill as many as they can so there won’t be many child bearing age females and males still producing sperm left. With an average of at least 600,000 abortions a year and 100,000 fentanyl deaths a year it will take China a little while to catch up to the abortion number. I have to say I was SHOCKED to find out over 63,000,000 abortions have happened since it was legalized.
