Because burgers is good and profitable. I like nice fluffy slightly gold french fries. I don't like those dark gold to brown greasy ones. French fries are the other reason to eat burgers.

Fatties

Why is eating a burger equal to people being fat?

From all the chic fi la and Popeye's threads, it's fried chicken that's doing that.

Yet no one bitches about the countless chicken places.

Or all the burrito places that are the exact same. Y'all check out Latina women that cook their stuff at home? fricking fupas galore, all that corn and rice.

French fries and a 1000 calorie burger because of bacon, avacodo, aoli, etc, etc, etc.

Burgers, coffee, beer, etc Lots of new more expensive choices. The younger generation is making big money and were raised spoiled and are very willing to pay double or more for something just cause social media says its cool.

Getting a burger & fries via Waitr has never turned out well for me. At best the burger is warm and the bun only sort of soggy, and fries turn out to be a steamed mess.

We had a thread about Popeye's not having fries. People get fries with their Chick-fil-A, they get bacon, bbq, other sauces full of sugar.

Oh, and I can get a burger in a bowl...

My point still stands.

The best thing chick fil a has done is convincing every one they are healthy.

That's been my issue with canes forever. Just going drive through. You put hot shite in styrofoam, it sweats. There is condensation all on the box and their fries and toast are wet from it. It's gross.

Same thing with CFA. If the chicken biscuits sit tightly wrapped in foil for long enough, the steam will turn the biscuit and chicken breading into a doughy blob.

Nobody thinks that tastes good.

What’s a Big Mac/Whopper value meal these days? 8-10 bucks? I can get a better tasting, freshly made meal for a dollar or two more at a sit down place like Fat Cow or a quicker place like Freddy’s/Mooyahs without the bs of workers or other customers.

Low margin? They are charging $15-18 for a hamburger. And getting it.

I understand places like 5 guys are a bit more expensive but what kind of fricking “joints” are yall talking about with this $15-$18 burger/fries stuff?
