Excuses are easy. Dedication takes discipline. If she sleeps 6 hours a night that leaves her 56 hours a week to get in 4 hours of cardio and 3 hours of weight training. Then her metabolism would be higher and she naturally have more energy.

A little bit about mid-workout female urination: Walk into any CrossFit box around the world and you’ll discover hundreds of women who admit to losing control of their bladder during movements like box jumps and double-unders.
Wendy admits that she hates the Filthy Fifty workout. “It’s terrible. It starts with box jumps and then jumping pull-ups. I always start that workout out wet and then have to ride it out for the next 20 minutes. It’s so uncomfortable.” Leyland suggests a muscular link between involuntary urination and exercise-induced climax.
“The pubococcygeus muscle controls urine flow and contracts during orgasm, as well as being involved in core stability, so any tendency for orgasm may be linked to this muscle,”Leylandsaid.

Crossfit Friends
1st rule of crossfit...always talk about crossfit.
precisely why I'll never ever do it
additionally, the people that talk about it the most are the most unathletic d-bags on the planet

yea i mean there has always been a stigma with gym goers that they may be too over bearing. Before Crossfit was even a thing.
Now people act like this is only confined to Crossfit now.
When it all basically comes down to human nature. People like to talk about things they are interested in, and especially when you share that in common with someone else. It's no different then the outdoor board talking about fishing or building kayaks, or the beer posters on the food board that are maniacal about drinking beer and taking pictures of it.

Look at the women at crossfit. Not even 50% look like they are in amazing shape despite the fact that they are.
Diet is almost all she needs.

No one has ever written an article about me for ejaculating at the gym. I just get "written up" and "banned".
