Up at 4:00. At the gym by 5:30 every morning during the work week. Look and feel great for someone in their mid fifties.

this was my go to, but I'll be turning thirty soon and I can already see that it ain't gonna cut it if I don't get back to working out.

I'd be willing to put my hours worked with most of the board and I find time to make it to the gym. The simple fact is people are lazy. You can get in and out with excellent workouts in 45 minutes or less. You can find 45 minutes in your day. Wake up 15 minutes earlier and bring your lunch instead of sitting there for an hour after eating fast food. There, now you have plenty of time to go to the gym.

Certainly, I said there's no excuse. I'm simply saying there are reasons outside of pure laziness.

But that doesn't change the fact that Europeans for example are able to walk much more as most things in their daily lives are walk able, and they work less.

Again, not a reason that's an excuse but still a contributing factor.

If I do anything with free weights my wrists act up. I have a job where I cant have a bad wing. After putting on weight because I have stationary job and three kids, I turned to keto. Been doing it for a year now and my BMI and blood work is now within healthy limits.

What do you do for an hour and a half?

I’m at the gym 15 minutes after my alarm goes off

Whats your excuse? I hit the gym 5-6 days a week, and always feel energized. Take 0 pills other than a daily multivitamin. Blood pressure last I checked was 110/65. Test levels are through the roof.

How many kids do you have under the age of six. How many hours over 50 do you work per week?

Lack of time.

20-10 intervals would fit my schedule, but you need to wait 3-4 hours after eating.

I stay thin by avoiding wasted calories.

I just got home from playing tennis in the freezing cold. That has to count for something!

I’m sorry but this shouldn’t be an excuse. 15-20 mins a day is all you need and if you can’t invest that in yourself than that’s sad. Working out has been proven that it’s not just a vanity thing but a key to living longer. Living longer means being with your family longer.

I'm an athlete. I don't want to be the best at exercise.
