I hit the gym 5-6 days a week, and always feel energized. Take 0 pills other than a daily multivitamin. Blood pressure last I checked was 110/65. Test levels are through the roof.

Because when I get home from work I prefer to drink beer, eat shitty food, and do some mindless labor around the house. Tried doing it in the morning but waking up at 3am every day is too much.

I’d rather go play or practice golf in the afternoons than hang out in a gym with a bunch of weirdos dressed up like it’s gameday.

During the summer, I’d rather hit the lake and get some fishing in.

Working out is boring as shite. I always got exercise through sports but, at 42 with kids, getting into competitive leagues and not hurting myself is a lot more difficult than it used to be. When I see the gut growing a bit, it's still not enough motivation to aimlessly jog around town or go to a gym and spend half of my time staring at walls/mirrors between sets. That shite sucks.

I've worked with plenty of people (mostly in the gonzales p-ville area) that choose the lifestyle of eating fast-food, processed meals and talk about working out like they wouldn't do it if their life depended on it. If they want to keep paying extra for fatty and processed foods, fatten their kids up to be made fun of in school, and spend their mid-late life if multiple health problems and joint problems that on them.

For real though I worked with a guy who was hospitalized a couple of times for ignoring doctors orders on his diet.
