How many people realistically have medical conditions that prevents them from exercising? I'd be surprised if it was 1 in 100. Other than that, yes, you choose to stop exercising.

I live thirty-five minutes from work. So I cook my breakfast before I work out and I do my daily bible devotions. When I get to the office (we have a nice gym and locker room in our building) I set everything up to start the day and then go work out.

Each and erry day.

I have a bit of a dad bod. Workout some. As long as my pants still fit I'm good. I'm not really fat or skinny.

By my 35x34 jean size? That's definitely not land whale territory but also not skinny. If you really wear a 29 than you are essentially a 16 year old girl.

So you have no life? Sweet.

You only need 30 minutes a session. That doesn't mean you have to have no life to go.

90% of men that are around 6' and wears over a 32 are fat, you're just conditioned to think you aren't because everyone else is morbidly obese. You probably weigh about 230 and you should weigh no more than 175-180.

It’s an incredible feeling when you’re not embarrassed to take your shirt off.

How many kids do you have under the age of ten? How many hours do you work over 50 per week? Simple question? Until you’ve walked a mile in those shoes, don’t judge others.

You can get ripped with a $20 pull-up bar a sack full of dirt, and your own body weight in under 30 minutes a day.

I don't have kids, but I work up to 70 hours a week and a slow week is around 50. You just don't want to make time. You can get good workouts in in 20 minutes in your living room.

Get some power bands and do them in the garage in the evening or something.

I used to make the same excuses as many in this thread FWIW.

Add another 50 hours to your week if you don’t have kids under the age of ten and get back to me about why you only spend 20 minutes working out instead of 52 hours per week.

bullshite. I barely have time to get the things I need to get done completed before or after work. I hit the gym at noon cause I can’t stand being sedentary or mostly sedentary at my job all day long.
But I know far too Many people who- due to work and family obligations- simply don’t have time to get to a gym or work out at home.

Only criticism I can level at those folks is their shitty diet. They ought to be doubling down on healthy eating if they aren’t exercising.

I'm 6'3 228 ish. Should be more like 210. I wore a 32 at over 200 lbs in HS.
