Why does Jeopardy always seem to have the most effeminate men?

This evening, I heard one of the contestants speaking and I thought it was a woman, look up at the TV and it’s a guy…
Ever since Ken Jennings took over for Alex, it seems like it’s a trend.

Alex Trebek was the dam holding back the woke tide, the show quickly went downhill once he passed.

Knowing trivia is for sissies. If you've got any testosterone you're either working in the plants or installing HIDs in your squatted truck. No time for queer shite like quiz games

And these same guys miss every single question in the occasional sports category

Academia being full of that type these days is probably the real answer.

I have no idea what you're talking about..../s

Exactly. They don’t even know basics.

Like that one show with a football category, not a single contestant knew any of the answers…

Correct but you didn't phrase it in the form of a question.

Terd Ferguson was anything but.

I would think that the men who would do well on that show aren’t the ones who go around starting bar fights. Just a guess though…

Same with Wheel of Fortune.

Interesting fact about jeopardy
The top winners of all time are majority men
They consider Amy Schneider a woman but she’s a transsexual.

The categories and questions have had a very noticeable left/woke slant post-Trebek.

I know a Nola kid that went on to become a champion for several weeks on Jeopardy and he was a good ole baw. A genius really. Went to Columbia law and became a JAG lawyer.

I’ve been a religious Jeopardy! Watcher for over 25 years now.
Back in the meat of the Trebek days you would have a lot of attorneys, writers, teachers, professors, etc. who were predominantly white male dominated fields. Jeopardy! Was doing aptitude and simulated game tests to advance.
The last maybe 6 or so years there has definitely been a shift in the type and look of modern contestants.
Edit: Jeopardy! has also changed up the audition process some in that timeframe.

I havent tested since Alex died. What's different? I think I remember them going to some process where you can test any time of the year instead of one or two dedicated recruiting periods.
