Do you have any statistics to show if black people are more likely to fight with police and resist arrest than white people?

I agree with most of you point. However,
Needs normalized for the frequency of high risk interactions.
Police are much, much more likely per capita encounter a black person in a high risk stop. Plus the black person even on a normal stop or encounter is much more likely to escalate the situation.

What's the likelihood of becoming the victim of a serious crime in a place like New Orleans?
Obviously the phrase is delivered with a mocking tone, but I do think once you expand beyond murder and factor in the footprint of this website, the idea that if you're concerned about being victimized by a black criminal you need CBT is a little bit of a reach.
