Why do people with Jeeps put those gay led circles around headlights?

It's a Jeep thing. Apparently, we just wouldn't understand.

My buddy who was a jail guard said that you could always tell which guys were "down" because they would do the "jeep wave" to each other

I guess they couldn't leave the "jeep life" behind, even on the inside

Why do people do this to rice burners? Or why do people put lights under their cars? Who knows, its theirs, they like the way it looks.

The "angry Jeep" grill/hood modification looks kinda silly to me.

Same reason they feel the need to put LED light bars all over their jeeps because the paved roads with street lights that their jeep lives on isnt lit up enough.

I have yet to see these, and they aren't on mine, so I guess Lafayette, a city whose citizens are pretty likely to be into shite like this, is an anomaly.

I think most of the aftermarket lights come with the halos. Also I think the new Jeeps (JLs) are all going to have them. Kind of like every car has those LED daytime running lights now.

Don't have them, but I have heard that the aftermarket lights are a huge improvement; which is a good thing.
