Best chicken livers I’ve ever had was in a gas station outside of Northport, AL.
Best boudin balls I’ve ever had was in a gas station near Lafayette.
Best bbq sandwich I’ve ever had was at a gas station outside of Anniston AL.

Brothers chicken is in some of those gas stations and is very good. I have picked some up before. It moves fast so always hot and fresh.

I buy my Red Bulls from my local Murphy because I rack up points on the app and get $0.50/gallon discount after a few purchases. Three 8 oz. Red Bulls for 5.50 is a deal considering a 4 pack of Red Bull will run you ~$8. And they're doing a deal right now when you buy 3 8 oz. you get 100 points on the app which is equal to $0.10 off/gal.

I have a weakness for Krispy Krunchy strips and honey mustard.
Plus the old school tater logs. The ones where they took a real potato and cut it into 4 pieces, fried with homemade batter.
..not those pre made wedges bullshite.

Not all gas stations are equal jackass. You just haven't been to the right gas station.

Or told the patrons a much better meal awaits them at the Pizza Hut or Cane’s across the street.
Bruh...You were eating flaming hot cheetos and drinking diet Dr. Pepper for lunch. You don't have much room to be judging anyone.

If you’re ever in Bessemer, Alabama there’s a gas station burger joint called J&J Grocery. It’ll be the best burger and fries you’ve ever had.

I remember when I first got my drivers license I loved the freedom to stop at the circle K and get an icee and a can of pringles.
Now it’s mostly just coffee and those sausage egg and cheese biscuits they keep under the heat lamp.

Next time get the hot boudin and some fried chicken with a pistolette and you will understand.
