My man!!! A professional. Unplug that sh¡t and get an old fashioned wake up call. I schedule two of them…one 5 min after the first!!! Retro.

Just remember y'all.... Hotels have full length mirrors and dark colored carpets for a reason. People behave like animals in hotel rooms.
I have diamond status at Hilton and Everest or whatever the hell it is these days at Hyatt.

I think they’re disappearing. Wake up calls too.

i actually changed the time on my Nest A/C thermostat thing in my home, to some random time, so that when i get up at night to adjust it, it doesnt show me the time
Wait, you have a Nest but still physically get out of bed to adjust it?

To see what time it is if you wake up in the middle of the night.

Glad they’re all digital, the “seconds” hand would ruin the experience for me.

Probably to keep you from oversleeping.

That was me. I use to set them for 3:00 AM before I checked out. Someone did it to me, so it was my retribution to pass it down.

I still use an alarm clock at home.
My phone isn’t even in my bedroom while I sleep.

Easy spot to hide that camera.

Worst case some boomer sets it and it goes off for the next guy in the room at 5:00am
This is exactly what happened to us last year. Someone had set it off around that time (or 6 am), nobody was in the room and it happened to be where they have those doors that connect the two rooms. Sounded like I had it next to me. Could not fall asleep after that.

Why would you get up to adjust your nest? Isn't the whole reason of having a nest, remote control of the thermostat? Your phone or better yet "Alexa set temp to 70°"

Reposting my response above since you obviously missed it:
