If I were going bald id probably shave my head. I used to rock the skinhead look when I was in college because it meant I could cut my own hair.

I shave mine because I used to trim it like you suggested. Then one day my wife and I were talking to a friend who shaves his head, and she asked him what he uses, then she bought it for me. I thought, “Well, I guess I’m shaving my head now.”

One of my baws who can (and has) grow a full head of hair willingly chooses the chrome dome.
I myself am a recent convert. I was down to clippers with no guard at all every 2 weeks. I was given a Skull Shaver for my birthday last month and am now shaving my head 2x weekly. I love it.
