I get it for the sports cars, etc.

But man I wish my Jeep had something like a Linux or plastic coated floorboard of some type.

Carpet isn't even cool in the house anymore.

Noise reduction would be my guess.

Never thought of that, still wish it was offered without though.

Put in Weather tech carpet protectors. My son put them in his Jeep. Loves them.

Because wet shoes are prone to slipping on the pedals?

Can't do that, cars have Windows.

Do your pedals have carpet on them?

The older Suburbans, Ramchargers, etc. were primarily utility vehicles equipped with and without vinyl covered floors. Really easy to clean.

My pickup truck has vinyl floors, no carpet. Ordered it that way.

My old neighbor has a 95 F150 he ordered with vinyl interior.

He'd just cover the radio and spray it out when it got dirty. Pretty sweet.

All of the vibrations break your grouts lines loose if you use tile.

My 99 ranger had a plastic floor. It was a trail edition.

People have become weak. No more manual transmission, no loud riding tires, no more vinyl mats.

I like the floors in work vehicles. Just vinyl.
