having moved here from DFW 6 months ago....i miss it everyday.

NOLA is a piss filled, shite smelling, death trap with clowns for leadership. BR is on its way there too.

DFW also has a ton of great blues festivals throughout the metroplex. There are some great restaurants and a microbrew explosion.
