It's fricking annoying every time I buy something with 220 it never fits the plug. Always have to get an adapter.

All 110v are the same, why can't 220v be also?

Theyre rated for different currents.

I have 20 amp 220 plugs up to i think 80 amp in my shop. Dont want to be plugging welding machines into 20 amp circuits

3 prong versus a 4 prong? The 4 prong has the ground utilizing the house wiring to ground the appliance. The 3 prong relies on the appliance to supply the ground.

our lil camper can run on 10 amp regular house current if we dont run every thing at once like the microwave when the aircondition is on. Over the year camping and visiting family in the camper I have collected a box full of adapters. The cord on the camper is 30A rv. I have that to 10 amp, 2-20 amp plugs, 30 amp house hold plug all in the camper. Every time I figure I have every adapter I could use I find another My recent adapter is our 30 plug to a 50 amp that new campgrounds have.

Nah I got a pressure sprayer with 3 prong, and thd outside wall outlet is 3 prong but the prongs face different directions. Not sure what the amp rating is. Don't care. Swapping the plug out and plugging it in

They should be the same. Get a 30amp plug and install it on an oven that requires a 50 amp plug. Let us know how it works out.

I wish. C13/C19 receptacles are not reliable. Slippage=downtime.
